Domestic freight & shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business days, (if stock available in the Melbourne warehouse).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If ordered items are out of stock and dependant on our supplier’s stock availability, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders placed outside of business hours or after 12pm will be despatched the following business day.
In the event that some stock is unavailable we will amend your order and refund you the difference or cancel your order, which ever you prefer.

We currently do not ship outside Australia.
Pick Up In Store
Orders can be collected in store at Cost Less Bolts Moorabbin, located at 129 Chesterville Rd Highett, Vic 3190. When your order is ready for pick up we will contact you via email or telephone. If your order is required by a specific date/time, please contact our sales team directly on 03 9555 1922 prior to completing the online order.
