A high performance, permanently highly elastic joint sealant with thicker consistency to ensure zero slump. Ideal for internal & external applications. Based on SMX® Polymer SMX25 is free of solvents, isocyanates or acids and has very low emission and VOC content. SMX25 has a “Shore A” hardness of 25 and can accommodate movement of ± 25%. SMX25 has good weather and UV resistance and is paintable with most types of paint. Once cured forms a strong,flexible, waterproof seal and bonds to the widest range of substrates also suitable for moist surfaces.
